I just joined and I can't see my company's Shayp account devices
Did you recently join Shayp and can't find your devices?
Your personal account will mostly likely be blank since you don't have any devices under your personal name. If you are part of a team, your team's admin should have added you to their "device group" or Account (if this hasn't been done, check out this article).
So once you've been added to the right Account, or Group of Devices, you simply navigate to the left hand menu, click on the drop down and select the right Account name.
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3
